By accessing or using the CryptoEx platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CryptoEx provides a decentralized exchange interface for trading digital assets, including the USDtz stablecoin. We do not take custody of your assets; you retain full control of your private keys and funds at all times.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. CryptoEx is not liable for any losses incurred due to compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or user error.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading digital assets involves significant risk. The value of assets can fluctuate wildly. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoEx is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
